Unfortunately, though rare, blindess is possible after under eye injections. Many cases have been reported around the world — under eye filler is not to be undertaken lightly. You didnt include any photos, but if your eyelids looks there’s “fluid” then filler is probably not a good choice in the first place. Best wishes in your search!

Appears to be a significant chemical burn and now a permanent depressed scar — that may be very challenging to treat. I suggest seeing a Dermatologist that specializes in burn care/scars. I am uncertain if filler will improve that scar.
