42 year-old man with 2 brownish moles on his nose that he disliked. After discussing the challenges of removing facial moles, especially from such a prominent place on the nose, he elected to have them removed surgically. Precise excision and sculpting was carried out with a beautiful result. As always these photos are unaltered, original images. Needless to say, he was very pleased with his result!
