This is a 45-year-old female that underwent an upper and lower eyelid blepharoplasty. The photos are showing before surgery and one week following surgery. The sutures were just removed. Most doctors are showing their patient photos when the patient is completely healed. Many patients seeking surgery want to know what they look like one week after surgery. I would say in this case she is a little bit more bruised than typical. She also had her upper and lower eyelids done. In patients who have either one or the other the bruising is typically less.
