37 year-old male with a history of gynecomastia since he was a teenager who was treated for gynecomastia using a minimally invasive technique via one 5 mm incision. The patient was treated under local anesthesia using tumescent technique. This involved liposuction with the use of the MicroAire power-assisted liposuction machine and extraction of the breast tissue with special instrumentation through the anterior axillary line five mm incision.
