The patient had a surgical rhinoplasty ( nose job ) years before which came out badly. She thought she was stuck with this irregular nose which took attention away from her eyes and mouth. After the procedure, you don't see the nose, you focus on the eyes and mouth and this brings attention to these beautiful parts of her face.
