This patient desired a subtle improvement in her upper lids and brow position. We performed an upper blepharoplasty and browlift in clinic under local anesthesia. Notice how the overall contours aren't all that different and there is no sign any surgery was done, but her eyes appear more open and smiling in the after photo.
