This 62 year old man was diagnosed with a basal cell carcinoma of his left lower eyelid. After Mohs Microsurgery, he had a large full thickness defect of his lower eyelid involving more than 50% of the width of the lid. In addition he had a small nasal ala BCC which also was excised leaving a defect. Dr. Amadi reconstructed his eyelid with a combination approach of periosteal flap and myocutaneous skin flap to reconstruct his lower eyelid. He has a great lower eyelid margin without loss of his lashes. His nose was reconstructed with a cartilage and skin graft from his ear.
