This 38 year-old patient came in with complaints of droopy right upper eyelid, excess upper eyelid skin bilaterally, and lower eyelid bags which made her seem tired. Dr. Amadi performed Fat Repositioning Blepharoplasty to preserve her volume and fill in her tear troughs using her own fat, as well as an Upper Blepharoplasty to correct sagging of the upper lid, and a right upper eyelid ptosis repair to improve her eyelid symmetry. She was very pleased with the results. The redistribution of the fat into her tear troughs improved her lower eyelid bags. She is so happy with the natural looking results!
