You can reveal more lateral lip by performing and Extended Lip Lift or by performing and modified upper lip lift with lateral release.   These can both provide improvements in lateral show but extended lifts tend to scar more given the increase in lateral tension.  If a more substantial amount is needed then a corner Lip lift can be performed as well at the same or at a later time.   I would be much easier to advise you with some photos
I would like a bullhorn lip lift but wear dentures. Is this an issue?

That horizontal line across your lip is a very good indication that a modified upper Lip Lift would be a great procedure for you.   You would need to wear your dentures during the time of the procedure to get an appropriate measurement But the doctor could tell you beforehand if the dentures are the appropriate height.    A strong co2 laser resurfacing would need to be done at the time of the procedure to prevent worsening of the lines and then likely repeated 3-4 months later

You’re not a great candidate for a lip lift unless you were to shorten the teeth    Given how good you look it wouldn’t be worth it to go through the pain of shortening or deprojecting the tooth position just to do a minor lip lift.  Enjoy how you look because you would make most people jealous

In your situation it would be best to see a cosmetic dentist and plastic surgeon combo.  That way you can get a good assessment of what would help.   From what I see in these photos, which aren’t enough to give an accurate assessment, you would get the biggest improvement from dental work.  You need to talk with a cosmetic dentist or orthodontist in your case to evaluate the changes that can be made with moving the teeth around vs veneers, caps, composites etc.   Typically if the dentis...

I Lip lift may give a more relaxed appearance to your smile but  I don’t think it would increase the gummy show very much It may have other benefits for you but it’s impossible to tell without a photo of your mouth open while relaxed 
Follow up question: Am I a lip lift candidate? Injections didn’t turn out well for me.

You definitely appear to be a good candidate. It always helps to look at the amount of tooth show before doing a Lip lift but you can still do a Lip lift even if you have good teeth show. When looking for your surgeon it is important to look at the before and after photos and feel very comfortable with them rather than searching for a specific technique it’s always better to find the best surgeon

From an external view with your mouth closed in the photo, you are the perfect lip lift candidate.   However with the mouth open your teeth and gums are already predominant.  You can approach this in one of two ways:   Do a conservative lip lift 4-5mm (sub smas so it rolls over the muscle), or you see a cosmetic dentist first about the potential for shortening.     A sub smas release with a small excision would be very unlikely to worsen a gummy smile or increase tooth show too much.   A goo...

Most likely you would be a good candidate for a conservative small lift but I can’t tell you for sure without seeing your gum line.  You can determine that better with a smiling photo.  If you don’t have small teeth and a low gumline you can do a sub smas lip lift with a 4-5mm excision maximum and should look great

I have treated many patients for the same type of issue and they have benefited a great deal from an upper lip lift which would have the lip start from a different plants on the lip where the curvature is more vertical. Some patients also benefit from dental and ortho Work but it’s not always necessary.   Typically three months afterwards once it’s healed I assess the need for any volume with fillers such as Restylane.

As your question indicates there are many many ways to perform a lip lift. The ultimate answer I have found to be true is that the only predictable and substantial result comes from sutures placed on the outside at the junction of the nose and the lip in the crease. You would benefit very nicely from a deep plane lift.   The extent of the deep plane is very important because limited deep plane lifts won’t get your nasolabial folds or cheeks to look that much better. The more advanced deep plane lifts will.  In conjunction with an upper eyelid Bleph and less importantly an endoscopic brow lift you would get a very substantial  and natural difference.
