24 year old patient with failed nosejob by another surgeon with trouble breathing, high profile, and crooked drooping tip worse with smile. She underwent minimally invasive (closed) rhinoplasty with no external incisions giving a rapid recovery and natural appearance with improved breathing. Alarplasty to lighten the heavy nostril appearance. Also given lip injections to improve fullness and shape of upper lip as well as fullness of lower lip in a natural fashion. (Sep 6, 2019)
