57 year old female had undergone a "string lift" 6 years prior without noticeable results. She wished to rejuvenate her facial appearance. She underwent a face/necklift with SMAS plication. Numerous threads from her original surgery were removed. Her post operative appearance shows a smoother neck contour, a sharper, straighter jawline and a smoother, lifted cheek appearance.
