53 Year Old Ms. Treated With Surgery For Eyelids Picture With Doctor Isaacs, Beverly Hills, California

Complex Eyelid (and not so complex Lip lift) case:⁣

1. Upper eyelids are droopy, right more than left.⁣
2. She wants to keep her own natural, “crowded” eyelid appearance. ⁣
3. Brows are low, which can manipulate eyelid position and skin distribution. ⁣
4. Raising the eyelids and brows can change the eyelid position and skin distribution, so achieving symmetric results while also maintaining a similar eyelid show appearance can be challenging, especially in an asymmetric case. ⁣

Goals achieved:⁣
- raised the upper eyelids and brows ⁣
- placed the eyelids in a symmetric position⁣
- improved the upper eyelid contour⁣
- maintained the upper eyelid show by removing precise, and different, amounts of skin on each side⁣

The lip lift was straight-forward.

Some details on Eyelid and Lip lift surgery: ⁣
- sutures are typically taken out the following week.⁣
- bruising usually lasts 1-2 weeks.⁣
- any and all of these procedures can be done awake or with some twilight sedation. ⁣

This patient is less than 1 month out from her surgery and is looking pretty fantastic. ⁣
