Dr. Holden performed a rhinoplsty for this woman to address her large nose. The tip was downturned but pulled down further when she smiled. He reduced the size of her nose, removed the hump and rebuilt the tip of her nose. He elevated the tip slightly. With the support he placed, her nose did not pull down when she smiled.
