59-year-old female in the office to discuss options related to aging face changes. Patient has had previous all therapy in the past and did not note much improvement in the laxity. She is interested in improving the appearance of the nasolabial fold the lower face. At this point we feel she is an excellent candidate for a lower facelift addressing the laxity present above the nasolabial folds out laterally into the jowl region along with submental liposuction.
