This is a 42 y.o. female 5’ 6″ and 125 lbs who present with breast ptosis. She has lost significant volume from childbearing. Her goal is to add more volume with a breast lift for a more youthful appearance. She had a vertical breast lift with 375 cc silicone breast implants. She is seen 2 months after surgery.
