Liposuction alone will only treat pseudogynecomastia which is gynecomastia caused only by fat. Most men have true gynecomastia which is a combination of fat and breast tissue. If liposuction alone is done a revision will need to be performed to remove the breast tissue, this will be trickier as now there is scar tissue involved. 40% of my gynecomastia practice is revision surgery.
