This young lady had a partially formed eyelid crease on her right eye, which didn't match up with her natural left double eyelid, leading to noticeable eyelid asymmetry. As a young patient, there normally is no extra eyelid skin or fat to remove to form an eyelid crease, so the non-incisional double eyelid surgery method with no skin or fat removed was used. Results look completely natural, as if she was born with both eyelid creases.
