This male patient enjoyed the results of a successful weight loss program but did not like the sagging skin and remaining fat in the area of the chest. He underwent a procedure to remove all the unwanted tissue and tightening of the skin by removal of the excess. The scar is well camouflaged around the edge of the areolar.
