This is a 77 year old woman who had significant drooping of both her eyebrows and her eyelids. Her eyebrows were almost touching her eyelashes! Her superior field of vision was impaired and her insurance covered the procedure to improve her vision. I performed a bilateral endoscopic brow lift and bilateral upper lid blepharoplasty, or eyelid lift. The after photo, done at six weeks after the procedure, shows the significant improvement in appearance of the upper lids and brows.
