Sculptra works very well and it’s one of the most popular fillers in my practice. However, it is not for everyone. If you are looking for a dramatically “filled look” this should NOT be your filler of your choice. Most patients choose sculptra over other fillers (e.g. HA) because the results look more natural. How high the crease sets has to do with surgical planning/ design and your own anatomy. Hyaluronic acid is a translucent gel. When a lot is placed under thin skin, it can appear translucent like what we see on your photos. If you like the shape of your nose, you can try to see if BB cream/ foundation can do a better job covering it. If you really can’t stand the look of it, then dissolving it would be a good option. It's a bit more swollen than usual at 6 weeks post-op. However, it is not unusual for the swelling to be prolonged after a revision eyelid surgery. You can try warm compress, bromelain supplement, head elevation and decrease sodium intake and see if that'd speed up the healing. If you are happy with the other eye, then it may be best to match the left eye to the right and not re-operate the right eye.
