This patient underwent breast augmentation with silicone implants many years ago with suboptimal outcome. She complained of unnatural breast shape, asymmetric implant position, droopiness of breast tissue over her implants and poor scarring around her areolae. I downsized her silicone implants and performed a concurrent vertical breast lift for a more natural and aesthetic breast shape. The after photos were taken at her 2 month post op visit.
