This is a 21 year old woman who was unhappy with excess fullness of her abdomen and back and her overhanging pannus. She underwent an abdominoplasty with liposuction of the abdomen, upper aback and flanks. She did very well after surgery and we were able to remove her drains at 10 days. At 1 month after surgery, her surgical result demonstrates a vastly improved contour of her abdomen, upper back, and flanks. Her scars are thin, well positioned, and will continue to mature over time.
