This is a 24 year old male who lost a significant amount of weight but was left with copious amount of excess hanging skin on his chest. He underwent an operation to remove the excess skin. He did very well after surgery and we were able to remove her drains at about 1 week. At 3 months after surgery, his surgical results demonstrate a vastly improved contour of his chest and fine line scars that are well positioned beneath the bulk of his chest.
