This is a 60 year old woman who desired improvement in her jowl and neck area. She also wanted to have her earlobes be smaller. Dr. Agarwal recognized her cheek asymmetry and used her buccal fat pads to correct this. She is shown before and 6 months post-operatively. Notice how her volume has been restored to her cheeks without the use of any fat transfer, but rather lifting her own cheek fat pads.
