This is a 58 year old woman with a history of extensive sun exposure and thin skin who presented for facial rejuvenation. She had deep facial wrinkling, descent of her outer eyebrows causing hooding, jowling, looseness of the neck skin, and very thin skin. In order to avoid any pleating in the cheek region, he recommended an endoscopic midface lift to lift the sagging cheeks and jowls, an endoscopic outer brow lift, and an UpliftTM lower face and neck lift. The patient is shown before and 7 months post-operatively. One can see how her outer eyebrows have been lifted to open up her eyes, her jowls have been eliminated, cheek fat pads have been lifted to their youthful position, and her neck contour is refined. There is no change of her temporal hairline due to the endoscopic incision placement. Due to her tendency to tan easily and her active outdoor lifestyle, the doctor did not recommend laser resurfacing for the wrinkles around her eyes or lips.
