5'3", 113lb female requesting fuller breasts, but still wanted to maintain a natural appearance. Inframammary incision placement, 240cc Sientra Anatomic Gel (Classic Base, Moderate Profile) placed partial retro-pectoral. Pre-op the patient was wearing a 32A cup and post op filled out a 34B cup.
