Your hyperpigmentation is very unusual for your skin type. In the absence of any previous history of laser causing this problem in the past, which you mentioned to the doctor before the procedure, this is not typical and does not imply a surgical error. You had a lower facelift as well as a neck lift. The indentation on your cheek should resolve with time. You also have a midline platysmal band which might be a suture, depending on technique. Let it settle first, then at the one-year mark, suggestions about a revision can be made.

Given his experience, It is possible for him to produce results equivalent to or better than peers half his age. If you had surgery, a revision tightening with Forma and Cool Peel will not work. The lateral bulges either represent dehiscence of a platysmaplasty suture with relaxation in the midline or a deep plane technique done without any platysmaplasty. Although some platysmaplasties impair the lateral superior pull from a deep plane technique, it is sometimes necessary to make the midline neck even. The large bulges on each side of the neck are likely to be salivary glands. Jowls are defined as bulges along the jawline. Your jawline is smooth, and you have no jowls. The bulge in the midline is likely a suture knot if a platysmaplasty was done. The horizontal band may be due to a horizontal pull of the tissues impeded by the large salivary glands.
