This 47 year old mother of 4 children desired body contouring surgery. She was unhappy with the excess abdominal skin, abdominal laxity, and the severe stretch marks. A full abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) with flank liposuction was performed. Approximately 2.5 lbs of skin and fat was removed from her abdomen and 1/2 lb from each flank. Height: 5 feet 1 inch.
