This 55 year-old female did not like the tired appearance of her periorbital region. She had significant brow ptosis (sagging) and underwent a forehead/brow lift via an incision in her scalp along her hairline. Her 3 month postoperative photographs show significant improvement in brow position as well as reduction of wrinkles in the forehead and between the brows.
