Your physician should obtain medical clearance from your hematologist and calculate your risk factors using the Caprini score. You will also note continued skin tightening for 6-12 months after the procedure. You do appear to have some mild ptosis (sagging) but I do see non-pigmented, non-areolar skin below the nipple level on your front view which is a good sign for not needing a lift. As long as you are healthy, there should be no issue with being 50 years of age. With regards to BMI, you definitely have more complications once your BMI increases over 30.
