This 31 y/o woman had trouble with fat deposits on her outer thighs. She is 5'8", weighs 135lb and is in otherwise good shape. She underwent power assisted liposuction of her lateral thighs. Her 3 month postoperative photographs show a significant reduction in outer thigh fat.
