55 year old female who did not like the excess upper eyelid skin and bagginess of her lower eyelids. She underwent an upper and lower blepharoplasty with skin and fat excision. Her 3-month postoperative photographs show significant improvement in eyelid contour and a more refreshed-looking appearance.
