22 year old with nasal/facial disharmony. She was unhappy with her wide nasal tip, her large dorsal hump and her lack of nasal tip projection. Her nasal hump was reduced and her tip refined and its projection increased by non destructive suturing techniques. Post operative photo was taken 2 months after surgery.
