21 year old female with difficulty nasal breathing, poor nasal tip definition and large nasal bump. She underwent open rhinoplasty and septoplasty with removal of the deviated septum, refinement of her nasal tip and straightening of her nasal bump. Post operative photos were taken 1 month after surgery.
