This active senior presented with the desire for overall facial rejuvenation without the need for undergoing general anesthesia. She did not like the heaviness of her upper eyelids nor the overall droopiness of her lower face and neck. After thorough evaluation, we decided together to perform a lower facelift, necklift, upper blepharoplasty, and browlift in one treatment session. Under local anesthesia (with oral sedation with valium) we performed all four treatments in under four hours time. Her results demonstrate significant opening of her upper eyes and brow, along with marked improvement of her jawline contour and neck heaviness.
