Dr Lanfranchi, Las Vegas, Nevada (89123) 50- Year Old Female Treated With Upper Under Eye Lid Surgery Eyelid Fat Removal Surgery Patient
This patient presented with the concern of "losing the show of my eyelids" over the past decade. She stated that her eyeliner and eye shadow application had become more difficult, and that her eyes appeared tired all of the time. She wished for a more "open" appearance of her eyes, and hence we decided to perform an upper blepharoplasty in our Center. The procedure was performed utilizing local anesthesia with mild oral sedation with xanax. The procedure time was approximately 45 minutes, and her stitches were removed 5 days after procedure. She was able to return to work within the week.
Her results demonstrate a natural and moderate "lift" of the upper eyelids, as well as correction of her pre-existing unevenness. She stated that her makeup application was now easier, and that here eyes in the morning looked more refreshed upon rising. (Apr 14, 2020)
