This woman had a deep plane face lift requiring additional chin augmentation to rejuvenate the face because of a weak chin. In addition to a minimal incision facelift, a procedure called a platysmaplasty was performed concomitantly to tighten the loose platysma muscle in the neck, and the jawline was enhanced using a chin implant. The jowls are smoothed and her appearance looks extremely natural.
