This woman in her sixties had concerns for her platysma bands, turkey neck, jowls and drooping of her cheeks that magnified her smile lines. She underwent a deep plane facelift to lift the lower face and neck as well as reposition the cheeks vertically to create a natural heart shape face. The drooping neck is corrected as well. The incisions are abbreviated and hidden behind the ears.
